In my experience, I have been in and out of food suppliers and seen first hand how functions are performed on a regular base. Suppliers have always had one serious problem and problem, which is how do they get item in their shops when they are out of stock and the customers are complicated more product?
This process seems simple enough; just pick up the phone and contact the organization and demand more item, right? Some of the important issues that a store has with this organization process is what happens when the organization cannot be contacted, the wrong contact is on computer file, or the contact they have for that organization cannot support that particular store within 48 hours? The result in most circumstances for these suppliers is dropping revenue and an frustrated client system that is complicated item, which will not be there for times until the next submission.
Is a store expected to agree to the fact that if they cannot reach their immediate contact for each organization then item will be dropping from the shelves, which results in dropping sales?
